Adding the Recraft AI MCP server to the server list.

Motivation and Context

This server provides an ability to use Recraft AI, one of state-of-the-art image generation models, having an abilites to generate, edit, upscale images, create specific styles and generate in them. Also it has an unique functionality to generate vector (SVG) images, converting raster images to vector.

This is the official implementation server, created and maintained by Recraft AI team.

How Has This Been Tested?

The icon and text renders correctly in MD preview.
