Fix the archived server links

Description

Update the archived server links to point to their actual locations in the servers-archived repo rather than the now invalid locations in this repo.

Also, removed the link to the git server which, while it still exists in the archived repo, is still alive and well in this one.

Motivation and Context

Existing links to Archived Servers point to the local src folder where they no longer exist.

How Has This Been Tested?

Followed all revised links manually.
