Add MediaWiki MCP Server to the list of Community Servers.

Motivation and Context

MediaWiki is the most popular wiki platform but there is no existing MCP server listed in the community servers.

How Has This Been Tested?

The MCP server is tested both locally and remotely with multiple MCP clients, including Claude Desktop, VSCode, Cursor.
It is also deployed on Smithery.

• Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)
• New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)
• Breaking change (fix or feature that would cause existing functionality to change)
• Documentation update
