Description
Modified the README to add FrankfurterMCP to the list of community servers.
Motivation and Context
FrankfurterMCP provides an MCP interface to the Frankfurter API for currency exchange rates and also implements conversion functions.
How Has This Been Tested?
FrankfurterMCP, itself, has been tested using an MCP client, as explained in its README.
Breaking Changes
Perhaps, upgrading for the latest protocol support would be a good idea.
