Description

This PR aims to add Token Metrics 's MCP server to the official server list in README.md.
It follows the existing format and styling, enabling contributors to find and utilize the Token Metrics MCP server quickly.

Motivation and Context

The Token Metrics Model Context Protocol (MCP) server provides comprehensive cryptocurrency data, analytics, and insights through function calling. This server enables AI assistants and agents to access Token Metrics' powerful API for real-time crypto market data, trading signals, price predictions, and advanced analytics.

How Has This Been Tested?

Verified that the README update renders correctly in GitHub's Markdown preview.

Breaking Changes

None. This PR only updates the list in README.md.
