Motivation and Context

Add support for PagerDuty MCP Server to enable a more straight forward wait for developers to interact and resolve incidents.

How Has This Been Tested?

This server was tested in different LLMs such as Claude Sonnet 4, OpenAI GPT4.1 and OpenAI GPT4o. The tests were ran both by PagerDuty employees and customers during our Early Access mechanism.

Breaking Changes

We published this recently, therefore we have no breaking changes.

Types of changes

  • Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)
  • New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)
  • Breaking change (fix or feature that would cause existing functionality to change)
  • Documentation update

Checklist
