Add MCPJungle to the Community Servers list

Server Details

  • Server: mcpjungle

Motivation and Context

This PR adds MCPJungle as a new entry to the list of community servers.
MCPJungle is a self-hosted MCP aggregator for developers and enterprises to keep track of all their MCPs in one place. It provides a single endpoint to all agents & mcp clients for accessing MCP tools.

  • Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)
  • New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)
  • Breaking change (fix or feature that would cause existing functionality to change)
  • Documentation update

Hi @duaraghav8 I've added this to the next batch of community servers to merge, but I just noticed that it seems more like a MCP server gateway than a regular server. What do you think about putting this in one of the other resource sections instead?

You're right, it is a MCP Gateway.
I put it under community servers because that's where I found the other proxies & routers (eg- Nacos mcp router, mcp-proxy, etc).
Which section do you recommend instead?
