Add deploy-mcp to the Community Servers section.

deploy-mcp is an MCP server for deployment tracking and management with AI assistants.

Description

Adding deploy-mcp to the Community Servers list. This is a documentation-only change that adds a reference to the deploy-mcp MCP server.

Server Details

  • Server: deploy-mcp (new community server reference)
  • Changes to: README.md - added entry to Community Servers section

Motivation and Context

deploy-mcp provides deployment tracking functionality for AI assistants through local MCP server tools. It enables AI assistants to interact with deployment processes and track deployment status.

How Has This Been Tested?

  • Server has been tested with Claude Desktop
  • Published to NPM as deploy-mcp
  • Local MCP functionality verified
  • Tools for deployment tracking confirmed working
