Description

Add a new community MCP server: librenms-mcp.
This server provides Model Context Protocol integration for LibreNMS management.

Server Details

  • Server: librenms-mcp
  • Changes to: Community Servers section in the main README.md (documentation update)

Motivation and Context

This change adds visibility for the new librenms-mcp server, allowing users to discover and utilize MCP-based management for LibreNMS. It helps expand the ecosystem of available community servers.

How Has This Been Tested?

  • Verified the README renders correctly and the link to the GitHub repository works.
  • Confirmed the server description is accurate and follows the style of other entries.
  • MCP Server tested on LAB environment with local and cloud hosted models.

Breaking Changes

  • No breaking changes.
  • No updates required for existing MCP client configurations.
