Could you link this to documentation with setup instructions for the remote server, instead of just the remote endpoint? Thanks!

Description
We are now hosting the official Alpha Vantage MCP server at https://mcp.alphavantage.co/, hence this PR to update the hosting URL.
Motivation and Context
The server remains unchanged. The hosting URL has changed. There are no breaking changes. The original configuration/URL will continue to work indefinitely.
How Has This Been Tested?
New and existing tests continue to pass on the new server URL.
