How Has This Been Tested?

Yes (Tested uvx / Pipx setup..other instructions are similar to how you would setup fetch MCP in claude code)

Breaking Changes

No. Users can follow instructions for setting up their MCP in Q CLI

For documentation PRs going forward, we're focusing on more general additions rather than specific client setup instructions.
