Add the Redfish MCP Server to the list of MCP Servers.

Server Details

The Redfish MCP Server implements the tools that provide access to the DMTF Redfish API

Motivation and Context

This MCP Server provide a way for AI Agents to efficiently manage IT infrastructure that exposes Redfish API for this purpose.

How Has This Been Tested?

We have tested it with Copilot + GPT-4.1, and real infrastructure hardware
