Add Three New MCP Servers

Description

Adding three new Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers to the repository:

• Quickchart-MCP-Server: For generating charts using QuickChart.io
• Image-Generation-MCP-Server: For image generation using Replicate Flux model
• Langflow-DOC-QA-SERVER: For document Q&A powered by Langflow

Server Details

Motivation and Context

These new servers expand the MCP ecosystem by adding capabilities for:

• Chart generation through QuickChart.io integration
