Add omero-zarr-pixel-buffer build

It def worked on previous merge-ci. Added to new merge-ci, and it doesn't work any longer. Can click on "Build" but nothing happens.

It is now working
The folders under home/jobs had the wrong permissions

failed to update /var/jenkins_home/jobs/OMERO-zarr-pixel-buffer-build/builds/permalinks
java.nio.file.AccessDeniedException: /var/jenkins_home/jobs/OMERO-zarr-pixel-buffer-build/builds
	at java.base/sun.nio.fs.UnixException.translateToIOException(Unknown Source)
	at java.base/sun.nio.fs.UnixException.rethrowAsIOException(Unknown Source)

Both jobs are now green

https://merge-ci.openmicroscopy.org/jenkins/job/OMERO-server/37/ is green with the last commit included.
We can also improve if we want to build the omero-zarr-pixel-buffer with the daily omero-*-SNAPSHOT jars.
