Description

Enable OPEA microservices to start as MCP servers.

Finished

microservice level seamless conversion to MCP with register_microservice
support TOOL/PROMPT/RESOURCE func type
simple example with asr whisper
add tool/prompt/resource to existing MCP server
add dummy MCP server test
add specific test case for asr with mcp client
