Instrumentation 2.23.0 provides a new API for the JMX metrics that allows to remove the workaround introduced in open-telemetry/opentelemetry-java-instrumentation#15413.
This PR makes jmx-scraper use the new API instead of relying on methods that are about to be deprecated in instrumentation 2.24.0 with open-telemetry/opentelemetry-java-instrumentation#15658
