better space handling, and a transparent DEBUG banner to create overlays

this is an update to the macOS icon processing script, now with "debug" banner overlay for the debug version. an example:

Nice. I'm using now icons all the time, but most doesn't fit the recommended macOS icon shape

I'm using just the 512 and 1024 version so the icns is smaller
