These old platforms are not supported by the manager. Removing them also saves time and resources. Fixes #16

- Removed linux/arm/v6 and linux/arm/v7 platforms from the PLATFORM environment variable in the GitHub Actions workflow
- Retained linux/amd64 and linux/aarch64 as the only supported build platforms
