fix: HamcrestMatcherToAssertJ argumentType does not allow subclasses

What's changed?

Instead of using TypeUtils.isOfClassType use TypeUtils.isAssignableTo to accommodate subclasses

What's your motivation?

• When executing the recipe i noticed that the recipe used isGreaterThanOrEqualTo instead of isAfterOrEqualTo. This issue was addressed in isGreaterThanOrEqualTo for java.util.Date by HamcrestMatcherToAssertJ should result isAfterOrEqualTo  #526, but it is still present for subclasses of Date like java.sql.Timestamp
