Looks like we hit a timeout with the new method and we're unable to collect the logs.
There might be a few reasons for that, but to make it short I think this collection method results heavier compared to the previous one because of the more complex structure, the yaml info retrieved for full navigation that might press etcd more, overwhelming the openshift API on a small crc environment.
I didn't observe it in other operators due to the limited amount of resources and namespace collected, but this rings me a bell to consider we should default to the light mode (OMC=false).
