add some documentation for setting up keycloak

I love this tool, it is amazing. I had a bit of trouble setting it up on the keycloak side so I thought I would add the configuration I came up with here for others to follow.

I tested it with Keycloak 18 and it works like a charm

Yeah, we are using this setup extensively.

in my aws/.config file I took this to the next level

credential_process=aws-cli-oidc get-cred -p aws -r arn:aws:iam::000000000000:role/myRole -j -s -d 43200

So then it just auto does it
