Adds a new demo under
ai/generative-ai-service/Document Processing with GenAI/multipage-du-llm
demonstrating multipage document processing using OCI Document Understanding combined with an LLM.
The example shows how to classify and reason over multi-page documents, includes reusable utilities, a simple UI, and sample inputs for local testing.
