Hello,

  • by default POST is not retryable so default retry never worked
  • 429 (oapi) and 503 (aws) are the usual status code for request limit exceed
  • add max_retries (default: 3), retry_backoff_factor (default: 1), retry_backoff_jitter (default: 3) configuration
