K8SPG-758: add PPROF_BIND_ADDRESS env var to operator.yaml

DESCRIPTION

This PR adds PPROF_BIND_ADDRESS env var to the operator.yaml. Use it to specify TCP address that the controller should bind to for serving pprof. It can be set to "" or "0" to disable the pprof serving.
