LGTM! @Dustaboy3 Both long-standing TODO comments resolved with accurate content. Named arguments confirmed in
https://github.com/php/php-src/blob/php-8.0.0/UPGRADING#L757-L758 and the https://wiki.php.net/rfc/named_params.

Minor style nit: "which makes the parameter order less important when it improves readability" could be clearer as "making parameter order less of a concern".

Reworded a sentence to improve clarity, making parameter order less of a concern.
