- Corrected 'radius_put_addr' to 'radius_put_int' for integer attributes (NAS-Port, MTU, etc.). - Fixed 'radius_put_addr' to 'radius_put_attr' for Filter-ID string attribute. - Fixed typos: "фалги" -> "флаги", "аттриубты" -> "атрибуты", "протоклов" -> "протоколов". - Aligned RADIUS_ACCESS_REQUEST requirements with English source (should -> рекомендуется). - Improved DocBook markup by adding missing <type> and <function> tags.
