Fixes #743

Tests performed:

  • ran powersynctests on:
    • iOS 26.2
    • Android API 34
  • ran detox tests on iOS and android

improved the README while I was here

this enables overriding the AVD used for running detox tests on dev
machines - github actions use ubuntu images with android emulation via
kvm but i don't feel like setting this up on my machine

also restructured readme instructions - doesn't make sense to run test
before build
OP-SQLite 14 excluded these native libs, expecting them to be provided
by react native, but as of 15 it now bundles them in it's AAR, so it
gradle complains about conflicts. See
https://github.com/OP-Engineering/op-sqlite/pull/314/changes#diff-39ab2ed24002fb8e39b9db8ebac35907f77395dbc3c2faf95e6e6b6805e0b9ce
for details

don't think I want this change to make it in the PR, just testing
whether it actually fixes the timeout
Colors no longer exported from NewAppScreen
