This adds a .geminiignore file to make Gemini CLI ignore a variety of files that are not useful for it to look into.

This PR also adds more information to the .gemini/styleguide.md file.

Code Review

This pull request introduces a .geminiignore file to specify files and directories that the Gemini CLI should ignore. This is a useful addition for managing which files are processed by the CLI, complementing the existing .gitignore functionality. My review focuses on ensuring the ignore patterns are precise and follow common conventions to prevent unintended inclusions or exclusions.
