Support for the 'departure' keyword as seen in:
https://github.com/endless-sky/endless-sky/wiki/MapData
As it lacked some bits that 'arrival' does have. (I made it based on the arrival one.)
Unfortunately I couldn't test it yet, as Visual Studio is having issues with the project that I can't figure out yet. That means that so far this is untested, only thoroughly code-reviewed by myself.
