This PR adds support for Ruby v4.0. There is not really any user-visible code that changed, but couple of things under the hood:
bigdecimalversion requirements (Closes Current bigdecimal version restriction requires downgrades on Ruby 4.0 #601).ostructandbenchmarkto the development, droplogger.
