Linking and updating html babel example

I checked that there is a file in public/html/single-file-example.html that is the same in the previous installation post. I think it is better to have on react.dev docs the owning of the file and the capability of changing it. Also, I have checked that now HTML have the W3C standard and also I have updated the CDN links.
