Delete the css/js/webfonts cdn and change to local res.ources. Avoid some countries from being unable to load the software interface because the cdn cannot be loaded.
删除css/js/webfonts cdn，改为本地资源。避免部分国家因为无法加载cdn而无法加载软件界面
