chore(deps): bump wrapper plugin versions

Description

This change moves a number of plugin wrappers to versions that support backstage 1.45.x

• Fixes RHIDP-9920

With some wrappers updated already as part of the 1.45.x update and several wrappers being removed in #3960 this one updates the remainder.
