mitmproxy requires too old of an openssl. :/

Hey, hopefully things get better with this PR: conda-forge/mitmproxy-feedstock#33
We upgraded mitmproxy to the latest version :)

We are still waiting for the arm migrations to happen for the new mitmproxy-rs feedstock though. That's likely blocking us here.
