Updated `Relativity.Server.Transfer.SDK.Samples.csproj` and `packages.config` to reference newer versions of Relativity SDKs and dependencies. Key changes: - Upgraded `Relativity.DataTransfer.Legacy.SDK` to `25000.0.9.0`. - Upgraded `Relativity.DataTransfer.Nodes` to `25000.0.5`. - Upgraded `Relativity.Kepler` to `24000.0.6.0`. - Upgraded `Relativity.Logging` and `Relativity.Logging.Interfaces` to `5003.0.0.0`. - Upgraded `Relativity.Services.*` packages to `24000.0.0.0`. - Upgraded `Relativity.Transfer.Client` and related packages to `25000.0.5`. These updates ensure compatibility with the latest features, bug fixes, and performance improvements in the Relativity SDKs.
