fix: deploy not leading to home page

1st time deploy does not lead to home page.

We are revamping the way we redirect the user after deploy,

1. Deploying from an explore or canvas preview will land the user on that dashboard on the cloud project.
2. If deploying from anywhere else, land the user on the home page.
3. If the dashboard from step 1 has errored out, land the user on status page.
4. If there was no dashboard being deployed and there are any errored dashboard land the user on status page.
   Note that the above occurs on both 1st time deploy and a re-deploy.
