Add option for min diff for shorter result list and tresholds

Added Options for tresfolds to show less results, based on how big the difference between requests and recommendations.

If at least one recommendation if smaller the minimum diff threshold, then all will be shown in result.
if new diff options are not set, then all results will be shown.

option for using percentages % o in values for memory and cpu
