Code Review
This pull request updates the netlink-packet-route dependency to version 0.27.0. The changes primarily involve adapting to breaking changes in the dependency and exposing new functionality. In src/link/bond.rs, function arguments have been updated to use more type-safe bool and enum types instead of u8. A significant addition is in src/link/bridge.rs, which now includes a comprehensive set of builder methods for configuring bridge interfaces.
My review identifies a potential issue in the newly added helper functions in src/link/bridge.rs. The functions append_info_data and set_boolean_opt could silently fail if the builder is in an unexpected state, leading to configuration being dropped. I've provided suggestions to make these functions more robust by panicking on invalid states to ensure correctness and easier debugging. The other changes are solid improvements.
