- add production deployment configuration for self-hosted Linux servers.
- add new endpoint gh-trophy.cdnsoft.net (deployed on Linux server)
- Update documentation:
- Local Development
- Production Deployment (Vercel or Linux)
- reorganize documentation into 2 separate sections: Local Development and Production Deployment
