Have you tested locally? You could test this by making a fork and then run this workflow using your forked. Otherwise, the likelihood of working is slim

There are a couple of other skpkg issues too. One is that macos13 is deprecated so we will want to get rid of it in our centralized builds. I thought there was something else to but I don't remember....
