Adding poc support for microbit v2

Great work and amazing project!

This is a PR for a firmware that runs on the v2 microbit.
Please review and let me know if you would like changes.

Thank you for the nice contribution. The V2 seems to be sold out almost everywhere, so I am currently not able to get my hands on one of them

used the repo from samaleksov to make firmware for the microbit v2 as i got that instead of a v1 by accident and seems to be working well so far. Here are the flashing files, i just dragged and dropped the hex onto the microbit drive

@rogueops, after dragging it onto the v2 device, then what? Do you need to redeploy it in OpenHaystack app?
