Summary

Updates the builder base image from golang:1.23-alpine to golang:1.25-alpine.

Changes

Updated Dockerfile FROM instruction to use golang:1.25-alpine

Testing

✅ Docker build passes
✅ Go compile passes
✅ Snyk security scan: no vulnerabilities found
⚠️ Integration tests require GoDaddy API credentials (expected)
