Add Japanese translations for the OpenTelemetry Collector workshops:

• 1-opentelemetry-collector (30 Markdown files)
• 2-advanced-collector (32 Markdown files)
• Total: 63 Markdown files + 12 images = 75 files

Translation guidelines followed:

• Product names preserved (OpenTelemetry, Splunk, Prometheus, etc.)
• Code blocks, CLI commands, and URLs unchanged
• Japanese polite form (です/ます) used consistently
• Hugo shortcodes maintained as-is
