Which version is this supposed to go into?
Currently it is in the (commented out) headings template ready for copy-pasting for the next release.

Ah ok. In that case, maybe the headings should just be added rather than adding this message to the template only to be left there.

i.e. copy the commented block of headings, and have it ready for 25.3.
