What is the purpose of this pull request?

This pull request:

• This PR adds structured package data to the package.json file for @stdlib/math/base/special/csignumf. This is part of the ongoing effort tracked in RFC [RFC]: add structured package data for unary functions in math/base/special (tracking issue) #7924 to add structured scaffold data for math/base/special unary functions.

Just want to let you know that this PR completes the remaining packages for RFC #7924. All 7 packages from the RFC have now been implemented that were left behind.

Additionally, log1pf has also been completed.

Got it, thanks for clarifying @kgryte. I double-checked the code and you're right, log1pf is indeed missing the structured package data. I will open a PR to add it.
