Resolves #9843 .

Description

What is the purpose of this pull request?

This pull request:

  • fixes JavaScript linting failures reported by the automated lint workflow.

The changes focus on aligning code and documentation with stdlib linting rules without modifying runtime behavior.

Changes-

  • Fixed JSDoc doctest annotations for functions that may throw when external tools are unavailable

  • Replaced disallowed new Array() usage with stdlib-compliant patterns

  • Applied automatic fixes for stdlib/line-closing-bracket-spacing violations in benchmark files

  • No functional changes were introduced

  • Changes are limited to lint compliance and documentation correctness
