Due to a silly mistake (still getting used to new workflow), I closed PR #51 before it was finished.
You can reference that closed PR for the variable expansion this project required.
This PR can be referenced for the code cleanup necessary after our 12/17 CUB meeting.
IMPORTANT: The Methodology section of the this report (docs/index.qmd) is up-to-date as well, but was committed directly to main. You won't find it in a push associated with the PR.
