Also, the value for DNS_SERVER_RECURSION was wrong and threw errors on startup.

Fixed env variable name and option value
Description
There was a discrepancy in the compose file and the env file for the IMAGEURL/IMAGE_URL variable.
Also, the value for DNS_SERVER_RECURSION was invalid and threw errors on startup.
