Updated from nightly-2025-01-21 to nightly-2025-09-26 to match the requirements of public-api v0.50.2 used by cargo-rbmt. The newer nightly generates rustdoc JSON in a format that's compatible with recent versions of the public-api crate used for API checking.

Taking the easy path with some ignores for now. This version matches what is in rust-bitcoin atm, but does have me wondering why it is a bit old.
