Thanks. Will need to make the creds optional as right now that change will break others using integrated. |

I use visual studio online and found I could not authenticate it when using the console tool to export definitions,
This is a change to pass in username and password as parameters which then authenticates against visual studio online and export the definitions
I have not got a local TFS instance to test against so I am not sure of the implications for local TFS servers of this change
